1 on 1 Coaching
Are you living in constant mental torment, consumed by fear, dread, and obsessive thoughts that never seem to stop?
Do you experience disturbing, unwanted thoughts, urges, or images that feel so real, so terrifying, that they leave you frozen with shame, guilt, or horror?
Are you performing endless mental or physical rituals, desperately trying to feel “just right” or prevent some imagined catastrophe — only to find yourself trapped deeper in the cycle? Severe OCD can hijack your mind, your emotions, your sense of safety — even your sense of self. It can make everyday tasks feel impossible, relationships feel fragile, and the future feel unbearable. You may feel broken, hopeless, or convinced that no one could possibly understand the torment you’re in.
You’ve probably already done a lot to work on your recovery, yet you still feel deeply unwell. That was me — for years — going from one therapist to another without real progress. This often happens because OCD is either underestimated or misunderstood, especially by professionals who haven’t experienced it themselves. I’ve made a full recovery, and I say that with confidence — because I was a very severe case.
In my OCD coaching, we face the storm head-on. With grounded, evidence-based approaches like ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), ERP (Exposure & Response Prevention), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), we begin to untangle the layers of fear, resistance, and exhaustion. Our work is personalized, direct, and deeply respectful of the severity of your experience.
We’ll identify your most tormenting triggers, map out the compulsions that keep you stuck, and build the courage and tools needed to sit with the pain — without running from it. Together, we’ll work toward building a life where you are no longer at the mercy of your thoughts and fears, but grounded in your values, strength, and freedom.
his is not easy work. Recovery from severe OCD is raw, messy, and deeply uncomfortable. But it is always possible. And it is worth it.
You are not alone.
